Pineapple & Bay Cordial

What's so special about this cordial?

Our Pineapple & Bay cordial is made from pressed juice from chopped pineapples, which we infuse with fresh bay leaves. The husks from the pineapples are then used to make vinegar, which is combined with the cordial to ensure a rich, bright tropical flavour.

How to serve

1oz Pineapple cordial
3oz Sparkling water
Stir well and add plenty of ice
Garnish with lime or pineapple wedges
